Peel and chop 2 ripe kiwis into small pieces.
Wash and clean 100 grams of fresh spinach leaves.
In a blender, add the chopped kiwis, spinach leaves, 200 grams of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a few ice cubes.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a few kiwi slices or mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
