Peel and finely chop 4 ripe kiwis. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Finely chop 1 small red onion, 1 small jalapeno (remove seeds for less heat), and a handful of fresh coriander leaves. Add them to the bowl with the kiwis.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the bowl and mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, give the salsa a quick stir and garnish with a few more chopped coriander leaves.
