Peel and chop 3 ripe kiwis into small cubes. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, take 250 grams of thick, plain yogurt (curd) and whisk it until smooth.
Add the chopped kiwi to the yogurt and mix well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of regular salt to the yogurt mixture. Adjust the salt according to your taste.
Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate the raita for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Before serving, garnish the Kiwi Raita with a few fresh mint leaves or coriander leaves.
