Peel and chop 3 ripe kiwis into small pieces.
In a blender, add 250 grams of fresh, chilled yogurt (dahi).
Add the chopped kiwi pieces to the blender.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey (adjust according to taste).
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
If the lassi is too thick, add a little cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the kiwi lassi into glasses and garnish with a few kiwi slices or mint leaves.
