Peel and chop 2 ripe mangoes (500 grams) and 3 kiwi fruits into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped mangoes, kiwi, 1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, and 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture through a sieve into a large bowl to remove any fibres or seeds.
Add 4 cups (1 litre) of chilled water to the strained mixture and mix well.
Taste the Kiwi Aam Panna and adjust the sugar, black salt, or cumin powder according to your preference.
Pour the Kiwi Aam Panna into glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
