In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 packet (7 grams) of active dry yeast with 300 ml of warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Gradually add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Grease a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, place the dough in the bowl, and cover with a damp cloth. Allow the dough to rise for 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle, about 30 cm in diameter.
Place the rolled-out dough on a greased pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top each pizza with your choice of toppings, such as sliced onions, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, and paneer or mozzarella cheese.
Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
