Honey Shrikhand
Honey Shrikhand is a delightful and creamy Indian dessert made from thickened yogurt, honey, and aromatic spices. It's a perfect treat for those with a sweet tooth and can be enjoyed during festivals or as a simple dessert. Ingredients: Honey, Curd, Almonds, Saffron, Pista, Cardamom powder

Take 500 grams of fresh yogurt and place it in a muslin cloth. Tie the cloth and hang it over a bowl for 4-5 hours to drain the excess water and obtain thick, creamy hung curd.

In a mixing bowl, add the hung curd and whisk it until smooth and creamy.

Add 4 tablespoons of honey to the hung curd and mix well.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron strands soaked in 1 tablespoon of warm milk. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Refrigerate the honey shrikhand for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the dessert to chill.

Before serving, garnish the honey shrikhand with chopped almonds and pistachios.
