In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes. Set aside.
Cut 500 grams of boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the honey-lemon sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Garnish with 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
