Cut 250 grams of paneer into small cubes and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, and salt to taste. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and gently mix until all the cubes are well coated. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy.
Once the paneer is cooked, drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the paneer cubes and toss gently to coat them evenly.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney or as a side dish.
