Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20 cm x 20 cm (8-inch x 8-inch) square baking pan.

In a bowl, melt 200 grams of dark chocolate and 100 grams of unsalted butter in a microwave or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.

In another bowl, whisk together 150 grams of granulated sugar and 2 large eggs until well combined.

Gradually add the chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring continuously.

Sift 60 grams of all-purpose flour, 20 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the chocolate mixture. Fold gently until well combined.

Stir in 100 grams of chopped hazelnuts and mix well.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
