Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
Add 250 grams of frozen okra to the boiling water and return to a boil.
Cook the okra uncovered for about 8 minutes.
Drain the okra well in a colander set in the sink, but do not rinse.
Trim the stems off the cooked okra.
In a food processor, combine the trimmed okra, 1 chopped serrano pepper, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Process the mixture until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
