Take 500 grams of fresh curd and place it in a muslin cloth. Tie the cloth and hang it for 4-5 hours to drain the whey and get thick hung curd.

In the meantime, peel and chop 2 medium-sized ripe guavas into small pieces. Blend them in a mixer to make a smooth puree.

After the hung curd is ready, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add 100 grams of powdered sugar and mix well until smooth.

Add the guava puree to the hung curd mixture and mix well to combine.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.

Refrigerate the guava shrikhand for at least 2 hours before serving.

Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios before serving.
