Wash and cut 2 ripe guavas into small cubes, removing the seeds.
Cut 200 grams of paneer into small cubes.
In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and salt to taste. This will be the dressing for the salad.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the guava and paneer cubes.
Pour the dressing over the guava and paneer mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
Refrigerate the salad for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Before serving, garnish with a handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
