Take 2 ripe avocados, cut them in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mash the avocado flesh using a fork or a potato masher until it reaches a smooth consistency with some small chunks.

Finely chop 1 medium-sized onion, 1 medium-sized tomato, and 1 green chili. Add them to the mashed avocado.

Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture. Mix well.

Finely chop a handful of fresh coriander leaves and add them to the guacamole. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients.

Taste and adjust the salt, pepper, and lime juice as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
