Take 500 grams of fresh salmon fillets and clean them thoroughly. Pat dry with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well to form a marinade.
Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the salmon from sticking.
Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
