Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice a baguette into 1 cm thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a small bowl, combine 200 grams of softened goat cheese with 1 tablespoon of honey and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Wash and halve 250 grams of seedless grapes. Set aside.

Spread a generous layer of the goat cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice.

Top each crostini with 3-4 grape halves, pressing them gently into the cheese.

Drizzle a little honey over the grapes and sprinkle with freshly chopped mint leaves or basil for garnish.
