Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20x30 cm baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 250 grams of rolled oats, 75 grams of chopped almonds, 50 grams of chopped walnuts, 50 grams of raisins, and 50 grams of dried cranberries.
In a saucepan, heat 100 grams of jaggery, 100 grams of honey, and 50 grams of unsalted butter over low heat. Stir until the jaggery melts and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the jaggery mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking tray and press it down firmly using a spatula or your hands to create an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the tray. Once cooled, cut into bars or squares using a sharp knife.
