In a large resealable bag, combine 1/2 cup thawed undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 cup hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons minced peeled ginger, and 3 minced garlic cloves.
Add 900 grams of chicken wings to the bag, seal, and shake to coat evenly. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread marinated chicken wings on the foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes until brown and shiny.
Transfer the cooked chicken wings to a serving platter.
Garnish with 3 medium sliced green onions before serving.
