Peel and finely chop 10-12 cloves of garlic. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix 100 grams of softened butter with the chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Mix well to form a garlic butter spread.
Take 8 slices of bread (preferably whole wheat or multigrain) and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the bread slices with the garlic butter side facing down and cook until the bread turns golden brown and crispy. Keep pressing the bread gently with a spatula to ensure even toasting.
Once the bread slices are toasted, remove them from the tawa and let them cool for a minute. Cut each slice into halves or quarters, as per your preference.
