Garden Pizza
Garden Pizza is a delightful and healthy fusion of Indian and Italian flavors, loaded with fresh vegetables and mouth-watering spices, perfect for a family meal or a party. Ingredients: Pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Yeast, Paneer, Sugar, Green capsicum, Maida, Mixed herbs, Chilli flakes, Red capsicum, Olive oil, Salt, Onion, Tomato

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare the pizza dough by mixing 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 packet of instant yeast in a large bowl. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, and 100 grams of paneer into small cubes.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian herbs, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes, salt to taste, and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.

Roll out the rested pizza dough into a large circle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Spread 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Arrange the cooked vegetables and paneer evenly on top of the cheese.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
