Choose a mix of fruits like apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, and pomegranate. Wash and clean them thoroughly.
Peel and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces. For grapes, you can cut them in half or leave them whole.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped fruits.
In a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey, juice of 1 lemon, and a pinch of black salt. This will be the dressing for the fruit salad.
Pour the dressing over the chopped fruits and gently toss to coat all the fruit pieces evenly.
Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled, garnished with a few fresh mint leaves.
