Choose your preferred fruit (e.g., mango, strawberry, banana) and wash, peel, and chop it into small pieces. You will need about 200 grams of fruit.
In a blender, add 400 grams of chilled plain yogurt, the chopped fruit, 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of the fruit), and a pinch of cardamom powder (optional).
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the lassi is too thick, add a little cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the fruit lassi into glasses and garnish with a few chopped fruit pieces or a sprinkle of crushed nuts (optional).
Serve the fruit lassi chilled.
