In a large bowl, mix 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add 1 packet (7 grams) of instant yeast and mix well.

Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Grease a large bowl with a little olive oil, place the dough in the bowl, and cover with a damp cloth. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking tray with olive oil.

Punch down the dough and transfer it to the prepared baking tray. Press the dough evenly into the tray, creating dimples with your fingertips.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary, and 100 grams of pitted black olives (main), pressing them gently into the dough.

Bake the focaccia in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.
