Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of all-purpose flour (maida), 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix well.
In another bowl, mix 200 grams of sweetened condensed milk, 100 grams of unsalted butter (melted), 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and 100 ml of milk. Whisk until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until a smooth batter is formed.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and tap gently to remove any air bubbles.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
Prepare the frosting by whipping 200 ml of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence until stiff peaks form.
Once the cake is cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
Decorate the cake with your choice of fruits, nuts, or chocolate shavings.
