Egg Maggi
Egg Maggi is a delicious and quick-to-make twist on the classic Maggi noodles, loaded with the goodness of eggs and aromatic spices. Ingredients: Eggs, Green chilli, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander, Cooking oil, Onion, Garam masala

Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add 1 packet of Maggi noodles (70 grams). Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes until they are soft but not mushy.

In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 finely chopped green chili. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Break 2 eggs into the pan and scramble them with the onion and spice mixture. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked.

Add the cooked Maggi noodles and the Maggi tastemaker masala to the egg mixture. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
