Boil 2 eggs for 10-12 minutes until hard-boiled. Once done, peel and slice them into round pieces.
In a bowl, mix 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion mixture and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are soft and golden brown.
Add the sliced boiled eggs to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes, gently flipping the eggs to ensure even cooking.
In the meantime, toast 2 burger buns on a tawa or pan until they are slightly crispy.
Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the cooked egg slices, onion mixture, and a slice of tomato. Optionally, you can add a slice of cheese and some mayonnaise or ketchup. Place the top half of the bun on the assembled ingredients.
