Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder.

In another bowl, cream together 100 grams of unsalted butter and 150 grams of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add 2 eggs, one at a time, to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with 100 ml of milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Fold in 50 grams of chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts) and 50 grams of raisins.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
