Soak 10 almonds, 10 cashews, 10 pistachios, and 10 raisins in water for 30 minutes.
Drain the water and peel the almonds and pistachios.
In a blender, add the soaked and peeled dry fruits, 500 ml chilled milk, 2 tablespoons sugar or honey, and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Pour the shake into glasses and garnish with a few chopped dry fruits or a pinch of saffron strands (optional).
Serve the dry fruit shake immediately.
