Preheat the oven to 200°C.

In a bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast.

Gradually add 120 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.

Transfer the rolled dough to a greased pizza tray or baking sheet.

Spread 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese and 100 grams of grated processed cheese evenly over the sauce.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes (optional) on top.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
