Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Prepare the pizza dough by mixing 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 packet of instant yeast in a large bowl. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the pizza sauce by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and sauté until golden brown. Add 200 grams of tomato puree, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza tray.
Spread the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add toppings of your choice, such as sliced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, paneer, and sweet corn. Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
