In a bowl, mix 50 grams of custard powder with 100 ml of cold milk and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat 500 ml of milk and 50 grams of sugar on medium flame. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves.

Once the sugar is dissolved, slowly add the custard powder mixture to the saucepan while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Cook the mixture on low flame for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the custard cool down to room temperature.

Transfer the custard to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with your choice of fruits or nuts before serving.
