Scoop out the pulp of 500 grams of ripe custard apples and remove the seeds. Set the pulp aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of sweetened condensed milk and 200 ml of fresh cream. Mix well until smooth.

Add the custard apple pulp to the cream mixture and gently fold it in until well combined.

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.

Place the container in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until the ice cream is semi-set.

Remove the container from the freezer and transfer the semi-set ice cream to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the blended ice cream back into the airtight container and freeze for another 4-5 hours or until completely set.

Scoop out the custard apple ice cream into serving bowls and garnish with chopped nuts or fresh fruit, if desired. Serve immediately.
