Remove the seeds from 500 grams of custard apples and collect the pulp in a bowl.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee on medium flame.

Add the custard apple pulp to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid sticking to the pan.

Add 100 grams of sugar to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and roast 50 grams of chopped cashews and 50 grams of chopped almonds until golden brown. Set aside.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the custard apple mixture and mix well.

Add the roasted cashews and almonds to the mixture and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the halwa reaches the desired consistency.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
