Ingredients: Chutney, Chicken breast, Curry paste, Tomato, Butter, Onion, Garlic
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chopped onion and minced garlic in the butter until the onions are translucent, for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the 900 grams of cut chicken breast meat to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds while stirring.
Stir in 3 tablespoons of curry paste until the chicken is evenly coated.
Pour 1/2 cup of mango chutney and the can of diced, drained tomatoes into the pan.
Continue to cook until the chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, for about 10 minutes.
