Take 1 large cucumber, wash it thoroughly, and thinly slice it. Keep the slices aside.
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
Take 10 slices of white or brown bread and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice.
Arrange the cucumber slices on 5 of the bread slices, slightly overlapping them.
Place the remaining bread slices on top of the cucumber slices, cream cheese side down, to form sandwiches.
Trim the crusts off the sandwiches and cut each sandwich into 4 equal squares or triangles.
