In a blender, add 500 ml of cold milk, 200 grams of vanilla ice cream, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the shake into tall glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
In a separate bowl, whip 100 ml of fresh cream until it forms soft peaks.
Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Garnish with a cherry on top and serve immediately with a straw.
