In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 50 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add 100 grams of melted unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat. Place the rolled dough on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.

While the cooked dough is still warm, quickly shape it into a cone using a cone mold or by hand. Allow the cone to cool and harden.

Melt 50 grams of dark chocolate and coat the inside of the cooled cone with the melted chocolate. Allow it to set.

Fill the chocolate-coated cone with your choice of ice cream (approximately 100 grams per cone). You can use store-bought ice cream or make it at home.

Optionally, you can top the ice cream with nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit before serving.
