A tasty mix of sweet corn and savory spinach, this rice dish is sure to tantalize your taste buds!
Ingredients: Spinach, Corn, Rice, Turmeric powder, Clove, Cassia bark, Onion, Green cardamom, Salt, Cooking oil
Warm 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
Add 2 black peppercorns, 1 small cinnamon stick, 1 green cardamom, and 2 cloves. Stir for a minute.
Add 1 small sliced onion and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of corn, 1 cup of thawed spinach, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Add 1 cup of rice and mix again.
Pour in 2 cups of hot water and bring it to a boil.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on very low heat for 20 minutes.
