In a blender, add 250 ml of chilled milk.
Add 2 scoops (100 grams) of your favorite ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or any other flavor).
Add 1 cup (150 grams) of your choice of fruits (strawberries, bananas, mangoes, etc.) or 2 tablespoons of flavored syrup (chocolate, caramel, etc.).
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Pour the cold shake into a tall glass and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of nuts or chocolate chips, if desired.
Serve immediately with a straw.
