In a large bowl, mix 400 ml of coconut milk, 200 ml of heavy cream, and 200 grams of sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mixture, and whisk thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes.

Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to an airtight container.

Cover the container and freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.
