In a bowl, mix 500 grams of all-purpose flour (maida), 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your oven to 250°C. Meanwhile, prepare the pizza sauce by mixing 200 grams of tomato puree, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste, salt, and pepper to taste.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin, round pizza base, about 12 inches in diameter.
Place the pizza bases on greased baking trays. Spread a generous layer of the prepared pizza sauce on each base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each pizza base. Add your favorite toppings, such as sliced onions, bell peppers, olives, or mushrooms.
Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizzas from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
