Choco Pastry
Choco pastry is a delightful and rich dessert that combines the goodness of chocolate and the fluffiness of a cake, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings. Ingredients: Dark chocolate, Cocoa powder, Maida, Eggs, Ice cream, Baking powder, Unsalted butter, Salt, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla essence

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 50 grams of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together 200 grams of sugar, 100 grams of softened unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence until creamy.

Add 2 eggs to the sugar-butter mixture, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with 100 ml of milk, and mix until a smooth batter is formed.

Grease a 20 cm (8-inch) square or round cake pan with butter and dust with flour.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.

For the chocolate ganache, heat 200 ml of heavy cream in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add 200 grams of chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cake, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Refrigerate the choco pastry for at least 1 hour to set the ganache before slicing and serving.
