Indulge in the rich and gooey goodness of choco brownies, a perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth and chocolate cravings.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate, Maida, Unsalted butter, Walnut, Bura, Cocoa powder, Eggs, Baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20x20 cm square baking pan with butter.
In a large bowl, melt 200 grams of dark chocolate and 200 grams of unsalted butter together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
Add 250 grams of powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Beat in 3 large eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
Sift 100 grams of all-purpose flour, 50 grams of cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder into the chocolate mixture. Fold gently until combined.
Optionally, add 100 grams of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter and mix.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownie to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into squares and serve.
