Chinese Fried Rice
Indulge in the flavors of this delicious and easy-to-make Chinese Fried Rice, a perfect blend of Indian and Chinese cuisine that will leave your taste buds craving for more. Rinse and cook 250 grams of basmati rice in a pressure cooker or rice cooker. Once cooked, spread the rice on a plate and let it cool completely.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger. Sauté for a minute on medium flame.

Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, bell peppers, and cabbage) and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

Add 1/4 cup of boiled and drained corn kernels and mix well.

Add the cooled rice to the pan and mix gently, ensuring the rice grains do not break.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, add 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion greens and mix well. Cook for another minute and turn off the flame.
