Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Prepare the pizza dough by mixing 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 packet of instant yeast in a large bowl. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the pizza sauce by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until the onions turn golden brown. Add 1 cup of tomato puree, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, salt to taste, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza tray.
Spread the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top the pizza with 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese, 1 thinly sliced green bell pepper, 1 thinly sliced onion, 1 thinly sliced tomato, and 2 chopped green chillies.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
