Chilli Paneer
Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish featuring succulent paneer cubes cooked in a spicy and tangy sauce, perfect for satisfying your taste buds. Ingredients: Paneer, Tomato sauce, Corn starch, Ginger, Red chilli sauce, Maida, Vinegar, Onion, Salt, Garlic, Black pepper powder, Capsicum, Cooking oil, Soy sauce, Spring onion

Cut 200 grams of paneer into small cubes and set aside.

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (maida), a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Add water as needed to make a thick batter.

Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and deep-fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger for a minute.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 finely chopped capsicum, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Mix well and cook for a minute.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour with 1/4 cup of water and add it to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and mix well, ensuring the paneer is well coated with the sauce.

Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
