Chilli Mushroom Dry is a spicy and flavorful Indo-Chinese dish made with mushrooms, bell peppers, and a blend of sauces. It's a perfect appetizer or side dish for any meal. Clean and cut 200 grams of mushrooms into quarters. Dice 1 medium-sized onion and 1 bell pepper into cubes.

In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of cornflour, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (maida), 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Add water to make a thick batter.

Dip the mushroom pieces in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and 2 chopped green chillies. Sauté for a minute.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon of red chilli sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Add the fried mushrooms to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
