Take 4 slices of bread and evenly spread butter on one side of each slice.
Grate 200 grams of processed cheese and finely chop 2-3 green chillies. Mix them together in a bowl.
Place a generous amount of the cheese-chilli mixture on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
Cover the cheese-chilli mixture with the remaining two bread slices, keeping the buttered side facing outwards.
Preheat a non-stick pan or sandwich maker. Place the sandwiches on the pan or sandwich maker and cook on medium heat until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts.
Flip the sandwiches carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.
Remove the sandwiches from the pan or sandwich maker, and let them cool for a minute. Cut each sandwich into halves or quarters and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
