In a mixing bowl, combine 250 grams of minced chicken or paneer, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, salt to taste, and 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to form the burger patties mixture.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
In a separate pan, toast 4 burger buns with a little butter until they are slightly crispy.
To assemble the burger, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Optionally, you can add a slice of cheese for extra flavor.
Spread 1 tablespoon of green chutney on the top half of each bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients. Press gently to hold the burger together.
