Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Prepare the chicken tikka by marinating 250 grams of boneless chicken pieces in 100 grams of yogurt, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
Roll out 250 grams of pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza tray.
Spread 100 grams of pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Place the cooked chicken tikka pieces evenly on top of the cheese.
Add 1 thinly sliced onion and 1 thinly sliced capsicum over the chicken.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
